For our website launch, we are offering Free Shipping in select countries and is subject to availability. Please add your items to cart to find out if you are eligible for this offer. This is subject to change at our discretion

Please note that the items on this website are shipped from our international warehouse, therefore depending on your location, shipping can take up to 30-45 business days to arrive.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, then we can not offer you a refund.

Please note that our refund policy does not cover:

Ordinary wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or accidents
Damage in shipping and handling process
If product care instructions are not followed
Discontinued items
Sale items
If the customer simply changes their mind about their purchase
Any Third Party Supplier fees

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it before refunded.

Any Third Party Supplier fees will be deducted at our sole discretion.
